In our stressful, hype-filled world, we all lose our way at times, to a greater or lesser degree. Our bodies become overloaded and our vitality suffers. Our minds go in five directions at once and end up doing little effectively. Our humanity and need for a life that satisfies the needs of our hearts, mind and bodies struggles with the limitations on our time and energy. Wrestling with thoughts and anxieties about the future, we lose the present, which in all actuality is the only thing we truly have. Life races past...and we lose it. Conscious Body is dedicated to helping you achieve and maintain a strong healthy body, a dynamic mind and a vibrant spirit. Ellen and Tim Ronis McCallum and their merry band of collaborators seek to offer ways to strengthen the body, energize and free your spirit, and stimulate and stretch your mind. With the understanding that some categories overlap, our offerings for your body range from Pilates, yoga & Gyrotonic® to Massage and Movement classes to rebalance, heal and energize you. For the mind and spirit we provide Mindfulness Meditation, Authentic Movement and DreamCrafting, to name a few. It is our calling and our pleasure to create a place where all this can happen, safely and with serious and mirthful intent in equal measure.
