Movement Classes (Rosendale studio only)

 

At Conscious body we currently offer a mat Pilates class. As we continue to build our practice in Rosendale, we will add other classes such as CardioPilates and Authentic Mmovement.  All our classes are designed to give you integration of body & mind and a sense of playfulness and fun!  

Mat Pilates – is a workout using a few simple tools (such as magic circles and blocks/straps) performed on the floor or on a mat. It strengthens you core abdominal and back muscles and also provides deep stretches to free up your body.

CardioPilates – is a combination of techniques designed to raise your heart rate while strengthening your core abdominal and back muscles.

 Authentic Movement – is a meditation in motion.  It is a simple and profound self expression where you move with eyes closed in a safe and non-judgmental environment to express what is true in the moment as it moves through your body.
